She specializes in North Naples' Moraya Bay, The Dunes, and Kalea Bay's five towers - where she has resided since 2018. Julie’s knowledge and passion for the SWFL lifestyle consistently drives results that end with loyal clients and repeat business. As a seasoned real estate investor herself who has bought and sold more than 15 homes, she loves nothing more than sharing her expertise on rental and investment properties.
Julie’s life path has taken her from the suburbs of Illinois to big cities like Chicago, St. Louis and New York and to the sunny shores of California and Southwest Florida. In a prior career, she worked in sales where she first discovered her passion for connecting with people and helping them fulfill their goals.
Most recently, she donated countless volunteer hours to her children’s schools, universities and sports. Her training as a Division 1 volleyball player at Southeast Missouri State University instilled a deep sense of discipline, a strong work ethic, excellent time management, communication and people skills. These rich and varied experiences have formed her unique perspective, which she continues to draw upon as she fosters meaningful relationships with her clients.
In her free time, Julie enjoys playing pickleball, tennis and any activity that brings her outdoors. After raising three successful adult children, she and her husband John are enjoying the next stage of their lives, committed to making every moment count.
