Jocelyn Lujen

A licensed real estate agent since 2018, Jocelyn Lujen has rapidly made a name for herself in the Naples real estate world. She currently oversees the luxury rental division and serves on the sales team for the Dawn McKenna Group (DMG). Between her expertise in the high-end sector, innate people skills, open communication style, and fluency in the ever-evolving tech space, she has become one of the most valuable members of the DMG sales team, helping to solidify its ranking as Naples’ No. 1 large team. Her knowledge of the most prestigious communities in Naples has been impactful on the buyer side and seller side as she deftly helps young families, executives, and investors navigate the increasingly competitive local market.

Before joining DMG, Jocelyn successfully leveraged her background in the customer service industry to gain an apprenticeship with the top individual luxury real estate producer in Naples for two years. These early experiences laid the groundwork for her white glove, service-oriented approach to real estate. She easily adapts to the diverse needs of clients, whether buyers, sellers, or renters. Her attention to detail, reliability, and calming presence instantly puts clients at ease. They know that she has their best interests in mind at all times.

Born and raised on the south side of Chicago, Jocelyn attended Indiana University Northwest, where she majored in Clinical Psychology and Business Administration. She relocated to Naples in 2017, where she continues to foster her connections to the community. She is a member of the Young Professionals Network of Naples, and often volunteers for local beach clean-ups, the Humane Society, or Habitat for Humanity. In her spare time, she can be found on the water, in her local cycling studio, or exploring Naples hotspots such as Mercato, Dog Beach, Botanical Gardens, Baker Park… sometimes with her Bull Terrier Stitch in tow.
