Dan Hodgman has a valuable and unique perspective on the Geneva Lake Real Estate market. As a financial trader at the Chicago Board of Trade, he began investing in Lake Geneva over 25 years ago, while raising his family in Naperville, IL. After retiring, he made the move to Wisconsin permanent, taking advantage of the year-round benefits Lake Geneva offers. In Naperville, Dan and his wife, Sue, were esteemed members of the Sts. Peter and Paul and Benet Academy communities, where their four children attended school. An avid golfer and long-time member of Medinah Country Club, he maintains a condo in Chicago and is frequently in the city, where two of his children live. As his children begin to grow their own families, Lake Geneva has become a fantastic place for family gatherings to relax and enjoy the next chapter of his life.

Now Dan he has taken on a new role as a realtor, focusing on lakefront properties around Geneva Lake. Dan states “I’ve spent 30 years in the financial markets, watching trends and seeking out opportunities. I know what to look for and how to see the potential in residential and commercial properties.
