Dan Hodgman brings a valuable and distinctive perspective to the Geneva Lake real estate market, combining decades of financial experience and more than 25 years of as a lakefront homeowner. During his 30-year career as a trader at the Chicago Board of Trade, Dan began investing in Lake Geneva while raising his family in Naperville, Illinois. As the kids moved out, Dan and his wife Sue decided to make Lake Geneva their permanent home.
Having lived in Lake Geneva as an investor, second-home owner, full-time resident and real estate professional, Dan understands the variables that influence a real estate decision. Dan and Sue have longstanding ties to both the suburbs and Chicago. While living in Naperville, they were active members of the Sts. Peter and Paul and Benet Academy communities, where their four children attended school. He is an avid golfer and longtime member of Medinah Country Club. Dan also maintains a condo in Chicago, and enjoys spending time in the city where three of his children live. But even as the family continue to grow, Lake Geneva remains at the heart of their family traditions.
