Allie Cipra went from planning major Hollywood events like the Emmys Governors Ball and the Governors Awards to selling high-end real estate for the Dawn McKenna Group in Chicago. A go-getter and connector, Allie loves bringing people together. Her attention to detail and “make it happen” attitude, honed during her time working for a well-known luxury wedding planner and a production design firm in Los Angeles, are assets that elevate the service that DMG provides its clients throughout Greater Chicago. Whether it’s planning a private client tour, staging a house, or designing a special marketing event for a property, Allie always finds a way to make the little details shine.

Born and raised in the western suburbs of Chicago, Allie brings a rare combination of small-town Midwestern values and sophistication to the DMG team. She is intimately familiar with the city and all of its hidden gems. One of her favorite aspects of the job is scouring the latest real estate listings, hunting for a home that would be the perfect fit for a buyer. She compares it to finding the perfect event venue. “There’s nothing more rewarding than finding the exact property or space someone is looking for,” she says.

Prior to her event planning days in Los Angeles, Allie attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, graduating with a business marketing degree and a communications minor. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, SoulCycle and Pilates.
