Bari Mill

Bari Mill is a born and bred Chicagoan who is passionate about her hometown. Originally from Chicago’s northwest suburbs, Bari currently resides in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood where she has developed a deep understanding of the city's diverse neighborhoods and a genuine passion for helping clients find their perfect home. With over five years of experience in the real estate industry, Bari has cultivated a reputation for providing exceptional service and navigating the intricacies of Chicago's dynamic housing market.

Prior to joining the Dawn McKenna Group, Bari served as a Teach For America corps member at KIPP elementary school in an underserved community in southeast Los Angeles. Bari earned her bachelor’s degree in strategic brand management from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas where she was also a member of SMU’s NCAA Division 1 women’s soccer team. During her time as a collegiate athlete, she earned her way onto the American Athletic Conference Honors All-Academic Team for four consecutive years. 

Upon joining the Dawn McKenna Group in 2019, Bari served as the Chief of Staff to Dawn McKenna where she gained valuable firsthand experience from one of the most accomplished agents in the industry. Bari has since transitioned to full-time sales role in the Chicago where she brings her invaluable insider perspective to the home-buying and selling process. Bari prides herself on being approachable, responsive and going above and beyond for every client while bringing her competitive edge to every transaction. 

When she is not working, you can find her at a local work out class, trying out the hottest new restaurants in the city, planning her next getaway or strolling around Lincoln Park with her husband.
